SUGAR NELLIE - PIP & PRESENTS

This is another Christmas card made with CM paper.  The stamp has been paper pieced for the most part with only the skin being coloured in.  Relatively quick and easy to do.

With being away I am not sure where the sentiment stamp came from - it may be from one of the SU sets.

SUGAR NELLIE - JINGLE BELLS

In my order from Sugar Nellie were 3 Xmas stamps which, of course, I had to try out.  I stamped the image onto watercolour paper and coloured it in with SU and Tombow markers.  The faces are very carefully done with a Copic marker.

The rather busy background paper is from CM and the snowflakes are MS.

SUGAR NELLIE - CUSTARD

Before colouring in this image I had to locate DH to ask what colours cows come in.  He has a much better idea of these things than I do.  After a lengthy and detailed explaination I opted to do Custard as a Friesland.

Once I know who I am using this card for I will put on the sentiment.  The background papers are CM and the ribbon is one I bought from Flourishes in the US.

COUNTRY GARDEN - SUGAR NELLIE STAMPS

This is another stamp from Sugar Nellie which is quite cute.  The background paper is my usual CM with a yellow mat punched out using MS border and corner punches.  Then we have a couple of yellow Nestabilities ovals and in my wisdom I decided to stitch the back oval.  It was a bit of a mission but did finish it off.

The stamped image was coloured in using SU markers.  The sentiment is a SU one and the flower & button are from my stash.

 BUBBLES by SUGAR NELLIE

When this stamp arrived I was a bit disappointed as it was not mounted and was a lot larger than I had anticipated.  Anyway, I gave it a bash and think it turned out rather cute.

The brown and blue top is paper pieced with the rest of the image being coloured in using copics for the skin and normal markers for the rest.  The blue backing is CM cut out using deckle edge Nestabilities rectangles, the cream paper is an offcut from The Deckle Edge and I used a SU border punch for the edges.  The blue scrolls are a SU Sizzlit die - Swirls Scribbles and the striped background paper is from a huge pad I recently bought (like I don't have enough paper already !!).
