Easter card

For this small card I used Creative Memories background paper, Spellbinders circle and Petite Scalloped circle to frame the image.  I have had this image for ages in my box of uncompleted projects and although it is probably a Stampin Up stamp I am afraid I am unable to find out which set it comes from.

Art Impressions - Chatting Whoots

Looking at this card it does seem a little on the bright side but I had experimented with water colours and bubble wrap on water colour paper and I did not want to waste my efforts.

Starting from the bottom up - 2 x Spellbinders Curved Rectangles in a brown card stock and a biscuit colour elephant dung paper.  Next up is My Favourite Things Fishtail Stax in a brown patterned paper from my stash.  The oval is from Go Kreate, the Art Impressions Chatting Whoots were coloured in with aqua pencil crayons and a blender pen and they are on a branch cut from a Cottage Cutz die called Owl.  The sentiment is Hero Arts You Hoo die cut with a Sizzix Oval.

Tim Holtz - Artful Muse / Old Jalopy

Another small card this time using a Tim Holtz embossing folder in a Spellbinders Circle trimmed down.  the background paper is from Creative Memories, the sentiment is from the PKSC - 04 April 2012 set die cut with Sizzix ovals.

Stamposaurus - Lazy Ellie Large

Since taking art lessons I am finding I would rather use Distress Stains, water and a paint brush to colour images in than the usual markers.  This sweet Stamposaurus Lazy Ellie image took me a while to paint but it was fun to do.

The image was trimmed and I used a corner rounder to complete it.  The sentiment and die are both Hero Arts - Everyday Sayings and Small Tag Frame.  The background paper is from my stash.

Penny Black - Tiny Wishes

I have been clearing up my craft desk and found a number of small unfinished cards.  This one uses a Penny Black image from the set called Tiny Wishes coloured in with markers and a blender pen.

The background paper is a scrap piece from my stash.  The sentiment is Stampin Up Afterthoughts punched out using Stampin Up Wide Oval.

Kaszazz - Panda Hug

This is a small card where I used a Mini Bamboo stencil from The Crafter's Workshop sponged with Distress ink.  The image is Kaszazz Panda Hug, the grass is from a Cottage Cutz die (unable to remember which one, apologies) and the sentiment is Kaszazz Lucy's Stamp Happy Birthday.

Tag - Kraftin' Kimmie - Gaia

The sentiment on this Go Kreate Concentric Tag is Clear Dollar - Tag It.  The image is from Kraftin' Kimmie - Gaia and was coloured in with aqua pencil crayons and a blender pen.

Marianne D - Bird Branch Large

Recently in my art class we experimented with watercolour paints and cling film.  I did this background by painting on watercolour paper, laying cling film on top and scrunching the cling film up.  It then needs a heavy weight on it and leave for 24 hours to dry.  I die cut the background using Go Kreate Frame Wavy #1.

The Marianne D die, Bird Branch Large, was die cut in white and the sentiment - Kaszazz Lucy's stamps 2019 LM Greetings - was stamped with Aquamarker Fern Green and die cut with a Spellbinders Circle.

Tag - S.W.A.L.K One of a Kind

This cute Crafter's Companion grandpa was coloured in with aqua pencil crayons and a blender pen.  The colour on the cheeks was done with chalk and a brush. The sentiment is from Clear Dollar's Birthday Wishes and the tag is Go Kreate Concentric Tags.

Starting from the bottom layer - Creative Memories Storybox Jewell, the Sizzix Tags Rounded, 2 green Marianne D Branch Forest, Art Impressions Birthday Whoots set coloured in with aqua pencil crayons and markers.  The sentiment is Clear Dollar Something to Crow About punched out with Stampin Up Word Window.

Peachy Keen PKSC - 13 January 2013

I enjoy using teddy bear images and this cute one from Peachy Keen is no exception.  I teamed him up with the Cottage Cutz Peeker Pocket and a sentiment from the Whiff of Joy set called Magical Wishes.

The Bo Bunny Distressed Texture stamp was die cut with MFT Fishtail Flags Stax.  The background paper was from my scrap drawer and I coloured in the teddy image using aqua pencil crayons and a blender pen.

Tag - Stamping Bella - The Big Guy Golfing

This Stamping Bella image is by Mo Manning and it was coloured in with aqua pencil crayons and a blender pen.  The sentiment is from Clear Dollar - Birthday Wishes.  The tag is my usual Go Kreate Concentric Tags.

Penny Black - Hedgehopper

Even though this Penny Black Hedgehopper image is a valentine stamp I thought it would be perfect for an anniversary card.

The image was coloured in using Distress inks, a touch of water and a paint brush.  The hedgehog face and hands are Blush Blossom Stampin Up aqua crayon and a blender pen.  The sentiment is from Hero Arts Everyday Sayings.

The die immediately behind the image is Spellbinders - Polka Dots.
